Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am a kindergarten Dual Language Teacher at a Title 1 school dedicated to supporting students with diverse learning needs. Our school serves a community where many families face significant economic challenges, making access to technology a barrier to learning. I am reaching out to request your support in donating three Apple iPads to my classroom. My students are eager learners who thrive in engaging environments. By incorporating iPads into my curriculum, I can provide them with interactive and personalized learning experiences tailored to their individual needs. With iPads, my students will be able to explore educational apps bridging the gap that technology disparities have created. I have witness firsthand how access to technology fosters confidence and opens doors for students who often feel left behind.
