My Project
My students need Dogman books to add to our classroom lubrary. Struggling readers need books that are accessible.
"Everyone is a reader. Some just haven't found their favorite book yet". This quote is perfect for my students. My class has students with learning disabilities and other challenges. This makes even wanting to choose a book difficult. Having the Dogman series of books in my room has inspired a couple of them to begin reading chapter books. Another one uses them to decoarate the whiteboards with Dav Pilkey characters. My students will read these books during independent reading time in our room, as small group novel studies and as personal choice books.
