This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
As a speech pathologist in a Title I school district, I find myself constantly sticking my hand in my own pocket to provide the resources and materials needed for my students to make academic strides.
With a gift card to Teachers Pay Teachers, I will be able to provide them with pre-made, relevant, and engaging materials that are differentiated to meet their individual goals and needs.
With these materials being easily accessible and pre-made by teachers 'in the trenches,' I'll be able to focus more of my time and attention on my students, and less on things like cutting, coloring and designing my own materials. Differentiated activities and lessons will literally be at my fingertips with a single click of a button!
