This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
As an educator, I believe that the library should be the heart of our high school—a place where students not only find books, but also feel valued, inspired, and connected. However, our library space is in desperate need of an update. With a new Cricut, I can continue to breathe new life into this space.
With this new Crictut, students can design and make different items to showcase their unique talents and groups.
I want the students at this school to take pride in their space and to feel confident sharing their creative ideas. This is just one step in creating that reality. The benefit extends beyond just students because teachers will also be able to utilize the machine and create eye-catching items for their classrooms and lessons.
