This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are a hard working bunch! They loved to collaborate at all times! This school year, I incorporated a flexible seating option for my class. It has shown to increase student engagement and collaboration during independent and partner work.
Flexible seating provides students with choices and can help students feel empowered about their learning.
This will allow to foster positive classroom culture and learning environment. Students are thriving and working when it is their turn at the flexible seating option. I would to expand our options to be able to provide more students with flexible seating options in order to increase their learning.
