This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Many of our special needs students are still in pull-up diapers. They have aides that change and clean them throughout the day. They often have accidents and require more wipes and diapers than what the family provides the school. We like to have supplies at the ready in our classroom to keep students clean, happy, and healthy.
Before and after meal times it is especially crucial to have students use the restroom to clean themselves and their work area.
Wipes really help ensure that we keep a germ free environment. We wipe students down in the morning as soon as they get off the bus and enter the classroom, before and after meals, and before they get back on the bus. We go through several wipes and diapers throughout the day.
