This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our enthusiastic students have individual interests and needs. One of the interests they often show in the classroom is the thirst to code and program robotics. Our students are always excited to learn new things so my goal is to expand their thinking and develop critical thinking so I would like to create an environment where my students are able to open their minds to new worlds.
As they continue to develop deep knowledge of computer science, organizing a learning environment conducive to understanding the processes of computer programming is crucial.
To prepare my students with the 21st century skills, providing them with an efficient and reliable computer will optimize their opportunities for learning. We are asking for a working computer that will allow my students to use it for our everyday academics as well as utilizing a variety of programs and applications such as coding and programming in class. Our day-to-day instruction always involves integration of technology, so this project will help our students accessibility to information to assist their research as well as providing them a rich learning environment of media literacy.
