This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am a teacher of wonderful students in the inner city. My students receive both free breakfast and lunch. While I love the district and the way that they support our children there are no funds to help teachers with supplies. While my students have wonderful families they do not have the ability to support our classroom.

We need staplers, tape, stress balls, clip boards, and a storage container for my students lunches, these are simple everyday items but are very important to a classroom.

Papers rip and papers need to be stapled to stay organized when handed in. We are always in need of clip boards for students to use when working in groups, working around the classroom.
