Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I use beginner books for small group time to motivate my students to read books. After modeling, my students enthusiastically await to get to read those beginner books. And they really work, my students feel successful when they show me they can read the books.
We also need headphones desperately, our headphones are falling apart.
The students use headphones to hear the specialized tests being read to them for math, language tests, and in learning apps. Without headphones students are hearing each others IPADS, and cannot perform well on their tests.
