My Students
My class has 28 outstanding 6th-grade students. Our classroom is very diverse with students having a wide range of backgrounds and abilities. Despite their differences, they work together and help each other on a daily basis. They understand and value the importance of being kind and caring towards one another.
The students enjoy working and collaborating together on classroom projects and assignments and love to contribute to class discussions.
In our classroom, everyone is welcome and treated like part of a big family.
My Project
These items are meant to provide additional storage space for students' belongings while at school. With the current situation, we will be attempting to keep as many materials as possible at students' desks to try to adhere to social distancing guidelines. Having additional storage will allow students to keep items like tissues, hand sanitizer, pencils, crayons, markers, and other essential items near them while in the classroom. These items were selected for storage so they can easily be wiped down and cleaned regularly and are small so they can fit near and under students' desks.
