it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I use the desk chair as an incentive for students, which would make a meaningful difference in fostering a positive and engaging classroom environment.
In my 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade special education classes, I strive to create a space where students feel motivated to learn and succeed.
The desk chair is a highly effective reward, encouraging students to stay focused, complete assignments, and demonstrate positive behavior. This small but impactful incentive helps students build self-regulation skills and enhances their confidence and participation. Your contribution would directly support my efforts to nurture a classroom culture of encouragement, making learning both fun and rewarding for my students.
