This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As an educator, my mission is to empower students with the tools they need not only to thrive academically but also to become creative problem-solvers, critical thinkers, and socially conscious individuals. That’s why I’m requesting two FLASHFORGE Adventurer 5M 3D printers — not just as a piece of cutting-edge technology, but as a catalyst for meaningful, hands-on learning that centers equity and racial justice.

In my classroom, we don’t just teach content — we teach purpose.

Through project-based learning, students are challenged to tackle real-world issues, and racial justice is a recurring theme. From designing inclusive public spaces to prototyping assistive tools for underserved communities, 3D printing allows my students to move from ideas to impact.
