Help me give my students Mesh Caps, Felt Markers, and sensory toys to design their own hats for outdoor class activities and sensory toys to help keep them focused.
Please support and help our students get baseball caps that they can design themselves for outdoor fun and sensory toys to help them stay focused in the next few months of school. We want to take learning to the outdoors by exploring at the parks around us, taking photographs of nature, going on field trips. Sensory toys are an excellent resource when students are feeling restless, stressed, or overwhelmed. Some of my students quietly hold fidget toys while reading or solving problems. They express that it helps them pay attention and I see the difference.
Our Fourth and Fifth grade students would love to design their own hats for our upcoming outdoor activities, trips, and learning.
Giving them the chance to design their very own hats I think is a great way to have our students come together. They can make drawing, write each others name, or make a pattern. Anything that is unique and helps them be creative. This will be a great item to wear on our end of the year trips.
