Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
We are a unique school with many challenges facing our students with 100% being identified as economically disadvantaged, and 92% being English language-learners. We work with populations that have many social needs to help encourage and prioritize student learning.
These books will help guide and educate students with visually rich content to help get their understanding of graphic design off to a good start, and purposefully guide learners towards careers that they can begin developing their work projects and portfolios now and get a head start on their entry into college and career opportunities.
