Design and Print in 3-D

Help me give my students more opportunities to use our 3D printer more often. We have taught our 4th grade classes how to use Tinkercad and design in 3D, now we need more filament.

My Project

Every year our 4th grade students are lucky to have an engineering lab, where students learn about design principles and engineering practices using Tinkercad, FIRST Robotics curriculum and hands on STEM labs. Our classroom 3D printers give students and opportunity to bring things they design into the real world.

However, with supplies dwindling our classrooms 3D printers are in danger of shutting down.

Without 3D printer filament students will be unable to bring their creations to life! The ability to create and then PRINT designs made in CAD makes STEM labs much more meaningful for students.
