This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I teach World History to an amazing group of students who are eager to learn about the world, its history, and the people who shaped it. However, our classroom currently needs visual tools and engaging materials that can help bring these lessons to life.

This project aims to transform our World History classroom into a vibrant, stimulating learning space filled with educational posters, maps, historical timelines, inspirational quotes, and visual learning tools that align with our curriculum.

By having these materials, students will have daily visual exposures to key social studies concepts, reinforcing what they learn. The classroom will become a space that sparks curiosity and discussion about culture, government, history, geography, and civic responsibility. It will support different learning styles, especially visual learners.
