My Project
My 7th grade students are active learners who love blending art, technology, and education for a variety of collaborative learning experiences. Students work on a variety of collaborative tasks in order to practice literacy skills that apply to aspects of their learning. In the age of misinformation, fake news, and obstacles to finding and understanding objective truths, my students see the importance of understanding how to tell what information is real and what information is not. Our classroom focuses on reading, writing, and evaluating information from a variety of sources.
My goal is to make our classroom engaging and colorful by using art, images, technology, and visuals to make the space equitable for students with a variety of different abilities.
All students deserve a chance to succeed and achieve their goal, let's get them there together!
