My Project
As an educator committed to fostering critical thinking and inclusivity in my classroom, I’m seeking high-quality, anti-racist curriculum materials for my ethnic studies course. My goal is to provide students with a well-rounded understanding of diverse histories, cultures, and perspectives, helping them engage thoughtfully with the world around them.
In teaching social studies and psychology, I’ve seen firsthand how meaningful representation and historically accurate narratives empower students to think critically and develop empathy.
I want to ensure that my curriculum reflects the complexities of history and contemporary society while aligning with best practices in education.
My students have continuously improved this year on how they use careful, inclusive language and have worked on decolonizing their vocabulary. With your support, we can fully realize their ability to teach others the empathy they have learned in this class thus far.
