This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I love seeing all of my students make progress. Sometimes it takes longer to see it, but when it happens, it is magical! I am very proud of them for working so hard while they are in my classroom. The decodable books would help them continue to practice the decoding skills for those students that continue to struggle with sounding out the words. Each child must learn to understand what they have read. The privacy dividers will help them stay more focused during their small group instruction time. The TPT gift card will allow me to purchase more assignments for students that do not master concepts in their workbooks. The balls are used as chairs for students that need to have some movement in class. They are so much more comfortable than the hard plastic chairs.
