This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The students at my school are eager to learn! We do serve a high number of students that are language learners so having materials that allow them to have additional multi-sensory practice in building their literacy skills is crucial. The decodable passages also allow them to use what they know. Students are learning about sounds and put it into direct practice with these passages. These materials will also help with student engagement to make reading fun! Great readers make great leaders!
