Decodable Readers for First Grade

Help me give my students decodable readers to practice the phonics skills they're learning in first grade!

My Project

My students are a bustling group of first graders who are working extremely hard to learn how to read. They are getting so excited about recognizing the phonics skills they are learning as they see them around! I know it would be so meaningful to them to have a library full of books where they can every word!

Decodable books are so empowering to beginning readers and such important practice for them.

These books are great examples of books that use predictable spelling patterns to tell the stories. With these books my students would be able to accelerate their literacy learning and have even more meaningful practice opportunities than those I am able to provide now!
