Decodable Library for My Amazing Kindergarten Students

Help me give my students materials to practice independent reading skills with some new decodable books for our classroom library.

My Project

With the switch from balanced literacy practices to science of reading practices I am in need of new materials for my students. I want to give my students enriching materials to help motivate them to read and practice skills independently. Decodable books will give my students the chance to rehearse learned phonics skills while developing fluency and comprehension. Currently I am using printed resources that are not reusable. My students are not as motivated to practice their skills because they prefer to read from real books. I want to enhance my materials to increase student engagment.
