"Can we have more reading time?", "Can I take this book home to finish?", "Oooh, I love this book!" Kindergarteners LOVE to read! We have readers at all different starting points. It is essential that every student has books to support their just right reading. We want to build a decodable book library for emerging readers all kindergarten classes to get them hooked on reading!
Decodable texts are incredibly important because they encourage emerging readers and start a love of reading right away!
A wide range of decodable books ensure that every student can practice what they are learning right away during independent time!
