This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are in need of some basic school supplies that are not provided by our school or the district. We are in need of pencils, erasers and dry erase markers.
My students are in need of educational supplies to start the 2022-2023 school year off right.
We will be using our pencils almost daily to practice our math facts and work on our spelling studies. Students use them during cursive writing time, vocabulary work, math workshop stations, and math fact drill time. If we do not have these necessary items, we have to revert to the less fun and engaging paper and pencil method. These materials also help us to be Earth-friendly!
