My Project
Students at the Delaware School for the Deaf engage in research projects just like everyone else! Our learners are highly visual and often are learning English as a second language.
Visually engaging, readable books are so important for our Deaf learners!
The books in this project will support my students' research on topics such as The American Revolution, The Civil War, Animal Adaptations, and Traditional Tales.
Your donation will go a long way in helping my students feel successful as they access information that they can read independently in nonfiction books that are highly engaging.
