My Project
As the librarian at the DE School for the Deaf, I strive to create an inclusive library collection. Our Deaf and hard of hearing students need books written by Deaf authors, written about Deaf characters, and written about all facets of living in a hearing world. The books on this list will be welcome additions to our school library collection for students of all ages. "Deaf Utopia" and "True Biz" are brand new titles that my students cannot wait to get their hands on! They'll be forever grateful! Thank you.
