My Project
What a great way to help students understand the importance of strategizing while having fun! Many of our students do not play any recreational board games and are often on their technology devices. With this project, it will allow us to teach Deaf children, in their mode of communication, games every other child gets to experience at home! We need games like Sorry, Jenga, Connect 4, Trouble, and Candy Land in order to do this. Not only do we want to teach our children the importance of education, we want to empower them to play at home with loved ones during breaks and holidays. Often times deaf children are left out from family game night simply because no one is able to communicate with them about the rules of playing. Your donation will help deaf children not only play board games, as well as thinking critically.
