My students need materials such as pocket charts, magnetic hooks, All About Today Center, Days in School Counting Kids, and a calendar kit to make calendar time fun, interactive, and meaningful.
FULLY FUNDED! Mrs. Bolduc's classroom raised $176
This project is fully funded
Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
"Days of the week!" (snap, snap) "Days of the week!" (snap, snap) How many of you remember singing this song or your children singing this song?
My students are six to seven years old and are going to be in first grade.
They are so eager to learn. Their brains are like little sponges; they soak up all the knowledge I teach them and more. My students will learn how to read, write, add, subtract, and much more this year. Can you help them be successful?
My Project
My students will use the pocket charts to help us keep track of different elements of the calendar daily. We will track how many days in school, weather patterns, days of the week, and much more. These materials will create a fun, interactive way to keep my students engaged during calendar.
My students get so excited about calendar time.
It is a fun activity that creates community in my classroom. Calendar is designated to be a time for learning about the calendar, keeping track of how many days in school, and fostering a learning environment for my students.
