Our dance program focuses on teaching students technique in many dance styles. Throughout their school year students learn jazz, ballet, contemporary, lyrical and hip hop.
An integral part of dance technique and training is strength and conditioning.
Dancers learn how different strength building activities can benefit dance technique and performance. Many of the activities to build strength require the support of a fitness mat.
We would love to provide our dancers with fitness mats to complete the strength training activities that will help them grow as dancers. Currently, the dance program does not have mats and we think this would be a great addition to our dance studios this year. Thank you for your support of our program, we greatly appreciate it!
