Despite the low-income homes many of my students come from, they still thrive in my classroom, and are always imaginative, loving, and bright. They bring joy to the classroom, and always use their creative mind. It gives me so much joy to see their big smiles every morning and to see how much the children love coming to school.

Our classroom works hard for 4-12 minute rotations during Reading time. My students practice building their reading stamina, work on their spelling words, listen to read alouds, and work on writing. Markers and white crayons are a big tool that is needed the most at this time. We run out very fast.
I have many different academic levels and needs in my classroom. As their teacher, my goal is to provide my students with the materials they need to be successful.
