My Project
Help my special needs students master CVC (consonant-vowel-consonant) words while also learning to recognize and express their emotions. For many of my students, hands-on manipulatives—like letter tiles, flashcards, and tactile tools—are key to engaging with language and building foundational reading skills. By combining these phonics activities with emotional learning resources, my students will connect the words they read with the feelings they experience, fostering both literacy and social-emotional growth. With your support, we can create a classroom where reading and emotions are intertwined, empowering my students to thrive both academically and emotionally.
