My Project

The CBHS Shark Tutors (CBST) is a student-run peer-to-peer after-school project seeking to support struggling learners in high school Algebra and Geometry. Funding this project will allow the purchasing of essential items such as calculators, paper, and pencils for those students who may not have the financial means to purchase these items. Incentives, snacks, and certificates of achievement are requested to be provided to student participants.

The goal of the CBHS Shark Tutors is to support students beyond the school day using peer tutors from the Mu Alpha Theta (Math) Honor Society.

The CBHS Shark Tutors will provide peer-to-peer after-school tutoring to support freshmen as transitioning from middle to high school may be challenging.
