My Students

I teach wonderful third graders. We are currently transitioning into a distance learning space due to the COVID 19 pandemic. These sweet and bright minds having been working diligently over the past 7 months to make gains in their math and reading work. We often work in collaborative groups. My goal is to continue this growth even though we have been forced out of the classroom and to reward them at the end of the school year. In and out of school, they take great pride in their work and look for challenges to keep their brains growing.

My Project

My students should have classroom walls that make them curious about the class content and overall engagement. In order to help keep students engaged a lot of hands-on learning takes place in my class. The Circuit Maker bundle will help enhance customized student projects and class incentives for positive behavior. Class incentives for positive behavior will include t-shirts with positive affirmations and/or a phrase that the student relates to. Sometimes students deal with situations at home that may be out of their control, but it helps for them to know that they have a safe space and a teacher that is committed to the positive growth of the whole child.

I wanted to make sure that I could reward the students for all the hard work they have done this year.

With this circuit maker I could make them all shirts and deliver it to them at the end of the year . I can also make visuals for my online learning materials that are needed right now. This will help my students continue to be productive critical thinkers and problem solvers. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
