My Students

My students are in a GSRP pre-kindergarten program. I have 16 students. Our school is in an urban, low-income area, and all the students in the PreK program qualify for free meals. The children love coming to school and are excited to see what we have planned for them every day.

The children benefit from the many opportunities they have to play and work together.

They are very social and creative. They love books, technology, and the many manipulatives we have in our classroom.

My Project

These materials will help personalize materials in the classroom by making name tags for each student with the Cricut. We will also make t-shirt decals for each preschooler. I know they would love to have a shirt with their name on it. I will also use the machine to make bulletin boards to brighten up our room. The laminator will come in use when displaying student work or sending work home. It will be a great way for parents to save their child's work and protect it throughout the years!
