This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The purpose of this project is to be able to create and customize team gear for our basketball, volleyball, and soccer teams at our school. Between the three sports, we have over 100 participating boys and girls who need new gear. Rather than constantly replacing gear with custom (and unaffordable) uniforms, team shirts, etc. we are hoping that a Cricut machine (and the tools and supplies to operate it) will allow us top provide high quality gear and attire to our students at a fraction of the cost to our school/organization. As a Title I Middle School, this project has the power to give us the look and feel of a private school while on a public school budget.
