Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Teaching is a great reward in and of itself; however, I feel even more rewarded to teach my students. My students come from various home lives and have a variety of disabilities such as autism and developmental delays. My students are my life. They are why I get up in the morning and go to work. My students make me laugh and teach me something new every day. I am amazed at their perseverance and determination to keep learning.
Desks are essential furniture in any classroom that should be easily customizable for the student using them to help make them comfortable with learning.
By donating to my project, you will help create a more custom environment for my students to be able to comfortably learn important skills for their future.
