This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students are experiential learners developing their entrepreneurial skills by running a virtual business. They are learning by doing and doing it remotely. They are energetic open books, ready to write the pages of their life as they prepare for the world.
My Project
I want to surprise my senior business class with an in-class T-shirt design competition using Cricut band design tools. Before this school year is over I want to give my students the opportunity to design and produce their own custom class T-shirt.
About 50 percent of my senior business class students have returned to in-person instruction and I want to give them a hands on design project with a reward at the end.
I want to re-engage my students in new creative ways as we welcome them back to in-person learning. The Cricut brand is well known, reliable and their products can support my classroom instruction.
