This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The Junior Scholastic magazines will promote literacy and allow my students to be aware of what is happening both nationally and internationally. It will enhance my students' technological literacy and allow those without access to still be able to access knowledge which will not only support our curriculum but will promote critical thinking and independent learning.
It will allow my students to gain an understanding of how our government works and be able to compare it to other nations.
It will help to develop their sense of patriotism and build character, morals, and ethics.
