My Project
Our students need a pencil sharpener, permanent markers and quality pencils. We need these for our daily supplies and for a Multicultural Fair students are preparing to hold at the end of the year.
Since we have had an influx of students of various ethnicities move into our school and community, we are holding a Multicultural fair to teach students about ethnicities, planning skills as well as math.
Students will plan and create their economic store to sell items at the end of the year using their money they have earned for good behavior and work. The students plan together in small groups on the item they will sell. They create their advertisements, displays and items. They are encouraged to have items from other cultures than their own.
