My Project
I teach seventh and eighth grade math in Missouri. My students are working on enhancing their skills in Pre-Algebra and the use of a calculator in certain areas is necessary for their success. While calculators are a part of their school supply list, I have several kids who cannot afford them.
The calculators I have had available in my classroom the past couple of years are slowly living their last moments and I’m losing about one a week. I’m down to about six and have as many as twenty-six students per class.
Please help me replenish my classroom calculators for my students.
