We read some great books, but after 25 4th graders use them year in and year out, my books have become a little worn.
We are a K-10, soon to be K-12, public charter school in Utah.
We are a Title I school with over 40% of our students on free and/or reduced lunches. We are a hardworking school, both teachers and students. This shows in our grades and our state test scores.
My Project
We love C.S. Lewis, The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe. We read it every year and for many of my students, it become a personal favorite. I need new copies since mine are falling apart. We also love to read Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing, mainly because we are in Fourth Grade. Our current set does not have much left to give.
We need book.
We always need books. Books are the breath of life and the keystone of any education. We love paperback books, they just don't last forever when used year in and year out. Please help us replace our sets.
