This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My athletes are motivated, athletic, no excuse making, first generation, high school graduating, Mexican American volleyball players. My athletes are outstanding girls who deserve every single thing in this world. Help me help them! They are amazing girls that will change this world
My Project
My student athletes are Mexican American volleyball players who travel to and from Matamoros MX each day to study and play. My girls do not have backpacks or a travel bag to bring their items with them. My students will be using these backpacks to carry their books, practice clothes and any items securely between borders. It is important that they are able to conceal their items to lower their risk of thieves stealing them while crossing international borders. My athletes will use these backpacks everyday and will benefit greatly from them
