My Project
Students today learn by talking with their peers and working with their hands. My plan is to research bridges, write and draw blueprints for our bridge, then budget and buy supplies to construct our bridges and ensure it can hold a certain weight.
My goal for this project is to include math, science, history, and English language arts into a month long bridge activity. Students will use the books for their research and the glue, paint, and toothpicks to construct their bridges.
My students are so eager to learn and work really well together and this project will help combine all subjects and promote team work.
