My Project
As an arts based school, we try to incorporate the arts as much as possible. We have a dedicated time each week called Spotlight Artist, when we we study artists, art periods, and art styles. As we learn about different art movements and significant figures, students also get in touch with the artists within themselves as they get to experiment with different art styles.
Our Spotlight Artist work requires a variety of materials, as we paint, mold, sketch, create, and more!
Our class is hoping to expand our art studies by using mixed media styles, such as collages, sculptures, mosaics, and more. The items requested would be helpful as we create art inspired by a variety of well known art figures from both historical times as well as modern times.
