Help me give my students the excitement of art by giving them watercolor paints and markers.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Teaching art to kindergarten through sixth graders can be tricky. Trying to navigate what each grade level needs and likes can be tough. Providing them with new paints and markers will boost their excitement and get them ready to be crative.
The water color cakes will be used to create ocean paintings.
Adding a new type of material, the tempera cakes, will surely get them excited to paint.
Markers will add vibrant colors to self portraits and cityscapes. New markers are always a great way to get my students excited about art.
