Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I have a first grade-inclusion class. My students are hard-workers who always try their best. They enjoy learning reading, writing, and math the most. They also express their excitement of learning when I provide them with the opportunity to use their creativity.

My students' lively personalities and curious nature, makes teaching rewarding and inspiring.

They encourage me to make a difference in their lives by providing a welcoming, safe, and secure classroom. I always want to be a positive influence in their lives by encouraging them to use their imagination. While learning, I provide students with plenty of materials that assist them in learning about the world around them. My students are truly unique individuals!

My Project

The headphones, start student, "All About ME" posters, and scratch-paper art will be useful materials for my students. Students will listen to I-Ready lessons, clearly, with new headphones.

All my students will show excitement when they are chosen as "Student of the Week" by filling out their own personal poster.

The scratch-paper art will also allow students to learn about Earth's surfaces by designing different types of soil and rocks. The magnetic trays will help me store dry erase boards for students by my reading area. All these useful materials will help my students have positive learning experiences. My students performance in class will improve significantly, academically and behaviorally.
