My Project

My class is Family and Consumer Sciences. We strive to teach skills students can use today and in the future. This is a hands-on class and the students keep everything they create.

For this project, they will design personal tote bags and then use a Silhouette machine to cut the vinyl and make them.

They will also use vinyl to create t-shirts to wear as well.

Creativity fosters learning and joy. My class goal is to teach skills and help students find a love for being creative. This skill can be used in many ways in the future. The students can also use these skills as a hobby and/or possibly make money with a home business.
