This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Art is an important part of our classroom curriculum. My students love to express themselves through art. We draw, color, paint, and express ourselves in a variety of forms. These paintbrushes and watercolor paper will be of great use to us as we learn the elements of art.
Through the active art-making process, my students can explore the different art media and materials all while learning new techniques.
They will be able to express themselves by using appropriate vocabulary to identify the elements of art. They will also be able to create and share their artwork with others.
