Creativity & Culture: Hawaiian Wayfinding Dioramas & Mother’s Day Gifts

Help me give my students craft supplies to complete our Hawaiian wayfinding and navigation diorama project.

My Project

Our grade 4 students are embarking on an exciting hands-on learning journey by creating Hawaiian wayfinding and navigation dioramas to deepen their understanding of traditional voyaging methods.

Our wayfinding diorama project connects students to the history and traditions of Hawaiian navigation, fostering cultural appreciation and hands-on learning.

To complete our Hawaiian wayfinding and navigation diorama project, we are requesting the following supplies: display boards for showcasing student work; hot glue guns to assemble intricate details securely; rhinestone stickers to represent stars in the night sky; paint to bring creativity and realism to each diorama.

Additionally, we want to celebrate and honor their families by crafting heartfelt Mother’s Day gifts. To bring these projects to life, we need essential art supplies for both initiatives. For our Mother’s Day gifts, we are requesting gift bags to present each students' handmade gift with care and tissue paper to add a decorative and heartfelt touch.
