This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
As we work towards helping students become more independent in their daily lives at school, having furniture they can access is extremely important. Having this cubby and shelf system will help students access task boxes and necessary learning materials.
I plan to use this piece of furniture in my small group area where students follow an independent schedule that is geared towards meeting their individualized needs!
My students would be so excited to be able to increase their independence and access their needed materials!
Thank you in advance for helping my kindergartners build their independence!
